- What is your favorite feature about your site right now?
How easy and efficient it is to track and make changes to the inventory on the back end using the MonsterCommerce storefront system .
- What was one major obstacle to your store's success, and how did you overcome it?
Finding an affordable and reliable way to ship oversized and fragile items such as surf boads. We overcame it through trial and error and the willingness to experiment with lesser known companies and not settle for less than we expected.
- To what do you attribute most of your site's success?
The simplicity and user-friendly structure of our site. It is informative and pleasing to the eye without inhibiting the ease of navigating the site.
- What is the best or most rewarding experience you've had so far selling online?
Walking in Monday morning, and finding a stack of web orders.
- What web sites or online tools or resources would you not be able to live without?
Ebay.
