Different Types of Secure Checkout
All Network Solutions clients are provided with shared 128-bit SSL Security. Secure Shopping with a Network Solutions certificate is an additonal fee, please see below.
Shoppers will remain on www.yourdomain.com until they are done shopping and begin the checkout process.
Shared SSL
If you use NetworkSoutions shared SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), your checkout page's URL will appear as follows:
https://secure1.monstercommerce.com/www_YOURSITE_com/checkout.asp
Standard SSL
If you purchase your own Network Solutions SiteSafe™ SSL Certificate, your checkout page's URL will appear as follows:
https://www.yoursite.com/checkout.asp
Added Security
You will also be provided with a "Secure Site Seal" for your shopping cartWhen clicked, a pop-up window will display your site's Secure Status.
Note: SSL certificates cannot be implemented within your site until your domain name points to our MonsterCommerce servers.
